Get Feedback on Writing

Email Feedback Service

In addition to the feedback provided by your teacher you can also get a professional learning advisor to give you feedback on your writing.

  1. Send a copy of your writing along with any assessment instructions to: academic.support@eca.edu.au . The writing does not need to be a complete draft it can be a paragraph or even a plan (be mindful though you can only receive feedback once per draft).
  2. Generally, you will get feedback on up to two pages of your draft.
  3. Allow up to two business days for a reply.
  4. Include in the email any areas you would like us to focus on (referencing, structure, grammar etc.)

 

Other places to get feedback:

  • Look at comments from teachers on your past assessments.
  • Use the Microsoft editor tool.
  • Look at your Turnitin report.
  • From software programs like Grammarly.
